Privacy Policy

Note: This policy describes AgileOS AI Labs' current data-handling practices as accurately as we can, based on how our products and forms actually work today. We are pre-launch and this document should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon as a binding legal policy, and updated as our products, entities, and jurisdictions of operation are finalized.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site (contact, application, or early-access request), we collect the information you submit directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, and any resume or message content you provide.

When our products are in use, they read data from your Jira and Atlassian account only within the scopes you explicitly authorize (for example, issues, sprints, and boards you already have permission to view).

What we don't do

We don't sell your data or your Jira data to third parties.
We don't use your Jira issue content to train shared or public models.
We don't retain raw Jira data beyond what's needed to compute the metrics you see, and cached aggregates are not kept longer than necessary for product performance.

How form submissions are handled

Contact and application forms on this site are currently processed through a third-party form-relay service with spam protection enabled. Submitted information is used only to respond to your inquiry or application and is not shared for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any personal information you've submitted, or to revoke a connected Jira/Atlassian authorization at any time, by emailing info@agileosai.com. We aim to act on deletion requests within 30 days.

Security

All data in transit between your browser, our services, and Atlassian's APIs is encrypted using TLS. Access to product features follows your existing Jira permissions — a user cannot see more than what they're already permitted to see in Jira itself.

Changes to this policy

As AgileOS AI Labs completes formal company registration and product launch, this policy will be updated and formally reviewed. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
